Exchange or Return of Goods
At Sunfoto, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or different from the item ordered, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation provided with the item.
Due to the nature of photography and electronic equipment, returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been used, physically damaged by the customer, modified, mishandled, or purchased by mistake after delivery.
All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by our team. Sunfoto reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
Refunds are not offered unless a return request has been approved and the product has been verified by our inspection team. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
